As organisations ramp up their business operations in Asia, they are often constrained by the availability of global Asian leaders. This can be detrimental to organisations’ success in the long term, especially in a scenario where Asia is expected to grow at almost 7% over the next five years. Understanding that success of organisations in the region depends on their ability to ramp up their global Asian leadership pipeline, HCLI has kicked off a multi-tier research initiative to identify the root problems of the global Asian talent crunch, unpack key drivers, identify gaps in talent strategies of organisations, and put together innovative practices to plug these talent gaps.
