HQAsia.org is a service owned and operated by the Human Capital Leadership Institute (“HCLI”).

Information is gathered when users access HQAsia.org and when users register as a member.
Information gathered from site visitors and members is primarily for the following :
- Analytics on usage levels of the overall site, its associated pages and services
- Information required to diagnose usage load on the site and to diagnose possible problems users face
- Analytics on audience profile including geographic information, device/platform usage
- For outreach on information associated to content published on HQ Asia, or on HCLI Events

Information collected from site visitors, members and email subscribers will not be shared, sold, rented, to any third party for commercial purposes without prior permission. Information collected is primarily for the purposes stated out under “Information Collection and Usage”.
Information may be provided to third parties in circumstances when HCLI has reasons to believe that this is done to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or on request government regulators; when HCLI detects possible fraud, security or technical issues; or when it is necessary to protect the rights, property and security of HCLI and any parties that may be affected.

User Generated Content
Users shall not upload or share content that is deemed to contain elements considered to be libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or illegal. Users agree not to deliberately disrupt discussion, including repetitive messages that is considered “spam”. Users also agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc.
Any submission users make to HQAsia.org services (eg, user articles, comments, content uploads) may be published at HCLI’s discretion, may be edited, removed, modified and shared in HQAsia.org articles and users waive any and all rights they may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to them. HCLI may also at its discretion make available these contributions for republishing through other formats.
