Gallup and the Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) are pleased to invite you to the launch event of our research study, "Developing leaders for success in ASEAN".

Last year, we interviewed 72 senior leaders across six ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We investigated the developmental experiences that proved most valuable in enabling senior executives to lead successfully in Southeast Asia. Our ultimate objective was to help organisations invest in leadership development initiatives that truly matter to building their next-gen leaders for this region.

We hope that this launch will be an effective platform for you to hear our latest findings, as well as meet and connect with like-minded peers, keen to help grow successful leaders for ASEAN.
