Each AILP will bring understanding about doing business across ASEAN, the complex leadership capabilities required and practical insights of success drivers for sustainable business in a high growth ASEAN country.

This 4-1/2 day residential programme starts with 1-1/2 days in Singapore and the other days immersed in one ASEAN nation. Participants will engage with business leaders and policy shapers with on-the-ground experience in ASEAN markets.

Through dialogue, discussion, case study and company visits, AILP participants will understand how to harness the opportunities present in the ASEAN community and navigate the connected ecosystem.

ASEAN country of focus for 2015 is Indonesia.
