Leadership Mosaics Across Asia seeks to:
- explore the prevalent attributes and behaviours of the incumbent leadership in different Asian countries;
- understand how the emerging leaders of these countries can grow to make the leap onto the global stage; and
- offer practical advice for expatriate leaders looking to succeed in each country.
The research is done primarily by conducting in-depth interviews with top executives in each country and content analysing the qualitative data for important themes. Having had a pilot run in Indonesia, Southeast Asia’s largest market, Leadership Mosaics Across Asia will eventually cover eight other countries by April 2016. These include Asia’s three biggest markets – China, India and Japan, as well as the six major markets in ASEAN – Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
A launch covering the findings from all nine Asian markets is currently scheduled for April/May 2016, to be held in Singapore.
